I DIVORCED MY WIFE BUT I LOVE MY CHILDREN

1 Tim 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

1 Tim 3:3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;

1 Tim 3:4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;

For if a man can not rule his own house, how can he rule anything much more with the church of god.
1 Tim 3:5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

1 Tim 3:12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
It is unchristian to say that you love your Children but divorced their mother.
1 John 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

The Breaking of Bread

The breaking of bread is important in the gathering of the early christian in their fellowship with Christ.

At first glance, the breaking of bread would mean sharing of meals together, each one receiving foods from one another.

It's like the boodle fight which is a military style of eating where long tables are prepared and food are on top of the banana leaves.

Viands and rice ready to eat using your bare hands, jugs of water are prepared on the side to wash hands before the "eating combat". With the signal to start the boodle fight, everyone aims for his/her position.

But what is the basis of today's breaking of bread done religiously during a fellowship within the church?
1 Cor 11:23 For I have received from the Lord, that which also I delivered to you, That the Lord Jesus, the same night in which he was betrayed, took bread:
1 Cor 11:24 And when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

1 Cor 11:25  After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

1 Cor 11:26  For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord's death till he shall come.

1 Cor 11:27  Wherefore, whoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

1 Cor 11:28  But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

1 Cor 11:29  For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh condemnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
Come to think of it, if the breaking of bread is eating of meals until midnight then they are wasting their time staying together.
Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached to them (ready to depart on the morrow) and continued his speech until midnight.
To know more of Christ teachings that comes from the father himself is to break his gospel piece by piece and we can not do this if we just eat meals and literally drink his blood.
Lk 24:35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known to them in breaking of bread.
What comes in the mouth goes in the toilet and what goes in the heart by hearing the word of God makes him a better person and a chance to become a children of God.
Mt 15:17 Do ye not yet understand, that whatever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
Mk 7:19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all kinds of food.

Mk 7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

Mk 7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

Mk 7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness;
Mk 7:23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
The bread are the teachings and the cup of blood are the sufferings that goes with it in following Christ. Logically, we can not be justified by eating bread inside the church coming from supermarket and bakery for we have houses to eat and to drink.

The Struggle

Our life is like a game of sports. It usually requires more than one participants competing either in teams or competing as individuals.

Sports are usually governed by a set of rules or customs which serve to ensure fair competition, and allow consistent adjudication of the winner.

While sports are governed by a set of rules our struggle in life as Christians has written laws to follow which will be the sole basis of judgment in declaring who the winners are.

In Sports, the struggle is between man against another man. In life, the struggle is between the inner man and the outer man.
Rom 7:14-15  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do, I allow not: for what I would, that I do not; but what I hate, that I do.
It's an struggle between good and evil. The evil being the strongest in the world.
Jn 15:19  If ye were of the world, the world would love its own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
But knowing the Gospel of Christ as the basis of judgment at the end of the race, we should strive to stay within the parameters of the Gospel to ensure victory.
Rom 2:16  In the day when God shall judge the secrets of  men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.
1 Jn 1:3  That which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
While it seems that life in this world is a journey wasted in favor of the spirit.
2 Cor 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man is wasted, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
Let us go on with our life unto perfection, knowing that we profit nothing from the flesh.
Jn 6:63  It is the spirit that reviveth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak to you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Enmity

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: Jihad, an Islamic term, is a religious duty of Muslims.  In Arabic,  the word jihad translates as a noun meaning "struggle". Within the context of Islam it refers to struggle against those who do not believe in Islamic God (Allah). Jihad is commonly misunderstood as "Holy War", Jihad means "to struggle in the way of Allah".

There are two commonly accepted meanings of jihad: an inner spiritual struggle and an outer physical struggle. The "greater jihad" is the inner struggle by a believer to fulfill his religious duties. This non-violent meaning is stressed by both Muslim and non-Muslim authors.

The "lesser jihad" is the physical struggle against the enemies of Islam. This physical struggle can take a violent form or a non-violent form. The proponents of the violent form translate jihad as "holy war", although some Islamic studies scholars disagree.

According to the BBC, a third meaning of jihad is the struggle to build a good society. In a commentary of the hadith Sahih Muslim,  entitled al-Minhaj, the medieval Islamic scholar Yahva ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi  stated that "one of the collective duties of the community as a whole (fard kifaya) is to lodge a valid protest, to solve problems of religion, to have knowledge of Divine Law, to command what is right and forbid wrong conduct"

In Christianity, the struggle is between good and evil. Between the Serpent and the Woman and their seed.
Gen 3:14-16 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
In which way, either inner spiritual or outer physical, the struggle is non-violent. It is a struggle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Satan struggle for the body or the outward man as man struggle for the spiritual or the inward man.
2 Cor 4:16  For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
To explain it further, We do not simply burn the house to drive away pests or destroy an unclean drinking glass for we either don't have a house to live in or a glass to drink from.
2 Tim 2:20-21 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
As Jesus Christ said:  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Mt 5:43-45 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;  That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
For if some struggle violently then some have already strayed after Satan.
Jn 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Wednesday

Devil's Nest

There are places which are not allowed by God for all Christians to stay or hang around.

All locations that patronises bad habits like drinking, gambling, smoking, womanizing and the likes are prohibited in order to have a clean heart with a meek and quiet spirit; having no reason to shame between God or men, which is in the sight of God of great price.

As we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, we are indeed commanded to abstain from all appearance of evil.
1 Thess 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
Gal 5:19-21  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these, Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
The question now is this; Why are we commanded to shy away from those places? And the answer is very simple; the devil knows who are the men with the mark of God.
Acts 19:13  Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them who had evil spirits, the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
Acts 19:15  And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
You see, the devil does not even know their peers having the same mark of the devil. Having them know you, frequenting therefore in the nest of the devil may render you outnumbered and may be tempted to commit sins.

Don't follow then the devil, follow Jesus Christ instead.
Jn 10:27  My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Included in those prohibited places are the place of worship built by men where devils are grouped and nested together.
Mt 23:15 A curse is on you, scribes and Pharisees, false ones! for you go about land and sea to get one disciple and, having him, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.
Except the Lord shall build the house, they labor in vain that build it. The house built by Jesus Christ, as commanded by God the father, is the Church of God.
Ps 127:1 A Song of degrees for Solomon. Except the LORD shall build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the LORD shall keep the city, the watchman waketh in vain.
1 Cor 10:32 Give no offense, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore to yourselves, and to all the flock over which the Holy Spirit hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Other than the Church of God, do I have to name names of churches where devils nested and grouped together? Surely, you will know them by their teachings.
1 Tim 6:3-5  If any man teacheth otherwise, and consenteth not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the doctrine which is according to godliness,  He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, from which cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing gain to be godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
Move away from them, for they are teaching other gospel other than the one preacheth by the apostles and ministers of Jesus Christ.
Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed.

Monday

All Things That You Desire

God does not approve the wrong conduct of men, but that he had kind feelings toward them, or was "earnestly desirous" of their happiness.

God hates wickedness, but he still desires the Happiness of those who are sinful. "He hates the sin, but loves the repentant sinner."

A parent may love his child and desire his welfare, and yet be strongly opposed to the wrong conduct of that child. When we approve the evil conduct of another, this is blind love unaware of the danger that lies ahead; when we desire simply their happiness, this is an act of kindness.
Jn 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
If I did not ask God to give his son for my sins and yet he did, my own and personal desire therefore is nothing compared to what has given. Though he knows what is best for us we should still pray and ask.
Phil 4:6  Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Ask therefore and believe that we already received it.
Mt 21:22  And all things whatever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Mk 11:24  Therefore I say to you, Whatever things ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Instead of desiring what others have, envy others because we don't have, the scripture commanded us to ask.
Jas 4:2  Ye lust and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
But remember, ask only what you need and not just to satisfy the lust of the flesh.
Jas 4:3  Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
Because the Lord sees the way of the upright and know the end of the sinner which is destruction.
Prov 3:33  The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

God is Everywhere?

The question of God’s omnipotence has historically caused little controversy. Basically, being omnipresent means being present everywhere at the same time. Can this term be applied to God? What does the Scripture tell us?

There is no verse/s found in the Scripture that says: God is everywhere. It is only the eyes of the Lord that is everywhere.

Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of the LORD are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.
My understanding dictates that, if God is everywhere, there is no need for Satan to go back and forth from heaven to earth and vice versa,  accusing us before our God day and night.
Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accused them before our God day and night.
In fact, God ask Satan where he came from one day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
Job 1:7 And the LORD said to Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down upon it.
If He is everywhere, there is no need for Him to send legions of Angels guarding us from evil harm.
Ps 34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth around them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Mt 26:53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he will presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
Moreover, the LORD Almighty assured us that he will hear our prayers from heaven.
2 Chronicles 7:14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
And when Jesus was made flesh, He taught us to pray to our Father which art in heaven.
Lk 11:2 And he said to them, When ye pray, say, Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.
At what instance then will the LORD Almighty be in our midst? In this verse, He said, "I myself will go also".
Zechariah 8:20-21 “Thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘ Peoples shall yet come, Inhabitants of many cities; The inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, “ Let us continue to go and pray before the LORD, And seek the LORD of hosts. I myself will go also.”
It is also at this instance will our Lord Jesus Christ be in our midst.
Mt 18:19  Again I say to you, That if two of you shall agree on earth, concerning any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them by my Father who is in heaven.
Mt 18:20 For where two or three are assembled in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Though the Most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands, He made himself available always in the congregation and assembly of his faithful.
Acts 7:48 Yet, the Most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands, as saith the prophet,
Acts 17:24 God that made the world, and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
Let us therefore hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for he is faithful that promised:
Heb 10:25  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
There is really no need for our God to be present at all times. We can always pray and ask for protection and guidance anytime we want to for He knows the intent of our heart.
Jer 17:9  The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Jer 17:9  I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Spirit and Soul

What is spirit and what is soul? Many are really confused about the meaning of soul and spirit that sometimes they are interchangeably used over one another.

But what is the difference between the two?
Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Because a man is formed out of the dust of the ground and then become a living soul thus every living things has its own soul.
Job 12:10 In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.
God has its own soul that can be delighted by a holy servant.
Is 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.
And did you noticed the spirit of God that goes with his servant? It is the spirit that can be transferred from one soul to another like the spirit of Elias to John the Baptist.
Lk 1:13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.
Lk 1:17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
This is a single spirit going into a single soul but this can go multiple.
Lk 8:2 And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils,
And from seven spirits to a legion of spirits.
Lk 8:27 And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs.
Lk 8:28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.
Lk 8:29 (For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him: and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters; and he brake the bands, and was driven of the devil into the wilderness.)
Lk 8:30 And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.
God like Jesus and angels are spirits which has no flesh and bones.
Lk 24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
And bad spirits makes us worst.
Mt 12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.
Mt 12:44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
Mt 12:45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
But worry not for we can have more than twelve legions of angels from our Father that can help and save us.
Mt 26:53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?

Monday

Dead Works

It is  "All Souls day" and "All Saints day" once again and people are busy doing their own dead thing though  in biblical analysis this is not right.

Remember that the punishment for an evil work comes not quickly so the minds of the sons of men are fully given to doing evil or doing dead works.

We are talking of spirits here and no man has the power to stop death neither the dead has the power to know anything after his death.
Eccl 8:7 For he knoweth not that which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?

Eccl 8:8 There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.
The righteous die to rescue him from the evil that will come.
Isa 57:1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.
The unrighteous die to stop him from doing more evil rescuing the righteous.
Lev 20:14 And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.
The spirit of the unrighteous and the disobedient will be put in prison like those who died in the days of Noah.
1 Pet 3:19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

1 Pet 3:20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
But the spirit of the righteous person goes back to God as seen by Saint John under the altar in heaven.
Rev 6:9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Rev 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
No amount of prayer then can save the unrighteous who died and in prison, more so with the righteous where their spirits are already in heaven with God.
Eccles 9:4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.

Eccles 9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.

Eccles 9:6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.
For they shall be judged according to their works while still living in the day the Lord will finally judge the living and the dead: In the day the dead will be risen to live an eternal life or to suffer eternal punishment.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
1 Jn 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
If we are not allowed to pray for the sins committed unto death while they are still living, why pray for the souls of those who died unrighteous?
Ezek 18:24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.
Yes to remembering your dead though to pay tribute in a lavish and extravagant way is not necessary. Celebrating therefore "All Souls Day" or "All Saints Day" is a waste of time, effort and money for the dead has no more day and there is no more reason to feast for the soul of the dead.
1 Cor 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
1 Cor 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

Like a Man

Man is an adult male human, a husband or a lover and is one possessing in high degree the qualities considered distinctive of manhood.

A man is considered mighty and strong and is willing to fight and stand for the principle he knows right and justifiable. A woman with this same character can also be called a man.

You may know anyone, may be more than one, who is not possessing the character and qualities of a man but the Scripture did mentioned many men.
Jer 51:30 The mighty men of Babylon have forborn to fight, they have remained in their holds: their might hath failed; they became as women: they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken.
Many Pastors, Ministers and Priests of today remain in their holds. They became as woman, desiring to be teachers of the law, though they have no knowledge of what they say or of the statements which they make so certainly.
Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
But why did God called Job to braced up like a man in his presence?
Job 38:3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
Job 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
Job 38:5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
Job 38:6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
Job 38:7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Job 38:8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

Job 38:9 When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,

Job 38:10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,

Job 38:11 And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

Job 38:12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

Job 38:13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

Job 38:14 It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment.

Job 38:15 And from the wicked their light is withholden, and the high arm shall be broken.

Job 38:16 Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth?

Job 38:17 Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?

Job 38:18 Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if thou knowest it all.
To cut the long verses short, in the presence of the Lord, we must remain standing our ground. Ever ready to answer anyone about their faith in Him. Go out of your fortress, mansions or churches. And after doing so, being a man is to accept that still we are unworthy in the presence of the Lord.
Lk 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
For everything that we have comes from above.
1 Cor 4:7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

Wednesday

Sun of Righteousness

Eph 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
Will I have to wait before the sun go down for my anger to subside? What if the sin is committed after the sun goes down where the next event is sunrise? Precisely, this is literal and not spiritual.

What we should not let down is the sun of righteousness which is meek, kind, considerate and loving not hatred between each other.
Mal 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Above video is a good example of the sun that goes down upon their wrath.
Prov 21:19 It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.
1 Cor 15:33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
Bad for you man, the sun should not go down upon your wrath for the woman is a fighter.

Rain or Shine

I have discussed in my previous article that earth's disaster like earthquakes and floods are God's wrath and fierce anger. He can make the earth tremble with a mere stare and touch.

Like the saying goes, for every storm there's a rainbow and a blessing in each trial.

Rain or shine, by the mercies of God, we must always present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto Him.
Mt 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Literally, who needs sun and rain but plants in the farm or in the garden?
1 Cor 3:9 For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's farming, God's building.
Spiritually, who needs sun and rain from God?
Mal 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Is 45:8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

Is 61:11 For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
As the sun of righteousness shine and the rain of righteousness pour down on us, we are assured of a full protection from God.
Rom 5:7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
And who would dare to lay down their own necks for the salvation of anyone?
Rom 16:3 Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:

Rom 16:4 Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
Except that one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus who laid down his own life for the salvation of all.
Mk 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Jesus therefore, is the rain or shine of God - the word and righteousness of God.
Jas 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Virginity Pledges

Virginity pledges (or abstinence pledges) are commitments made by teenagers and young adults to refrain from sexual intercourse until marriage. They are most common in the United States, especially among Catholic and Evangelical Christian denominations. CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) survey reports said that by age 19, 80% of men and 75% of women have lost their virginity.

A student from New Zealand measured the value of her virginity when she had sold her virginity on the internet to pay for her university studies. For an offer of 32mila dollars (45 thousand Australian dlr), she go to bed with a stranger.

For pledges or covenant entered into by both parties, biblically speaking, no man can add or makes it void.
Gal 3:15 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.
When confirmed, it becomes final and permanent. This will bring both the truthful with good conscience and the abusive offender into judgment.
Eccles 11:9 Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.
It is a must therefore, in any relationship like courtship, that everyone should have a good motive and not just satisfying the lust of the flesh or just make advances unto one another. Unlike a grasshopper or a butterfly hopping from one place to another.
Eccles 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
The intent alone, even without the actual sacrament of marriage, binds one another to honor the engagement. In fact in earlier times, Joseph accepted Mary as his wife even before they come together as husband and wife.
Mt 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

Mt 1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.

Mt 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

Mt 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
I remember the commercial TV ad where it says: "A real man knows how to wait." Virginity pledges therefore are biblical and are of God.

But, where on earth comes the idea of wearing a very long gown during wedding ceremonies?

I saw this slogan in the internet "Shop the latest clothing from Peacocks including women's wedding gown, maternity dresses, jeans, tops and trousers. Lovingly created for you."

Are they some kind of a peacock fanatics?
Eccles 7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.

God of Justice

This article has something to do with accusing finger. Truth or fabricated accusations, the accused must prove his innocence. Accusations are common in a relationship either between employer and employee, husband and wife, master and servants etc.

A follower is a person who accepts the teachings of another. The follower is a disciple serving his master in everything it pleases him.

In layman's term, never a master did served his followers for it is the other way around.
Jn 12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
Jn 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
But Jesus is also a servant of God working day and night.
Jn 9:4  I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
King David sinned against the Lord when he took the wife of his soldier Uriah named Bathsheba.
2 Sam 12:1 And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor.
2 Sam 12:2 The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds:
2 Sam 12:3 But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter.
2 Sam 12:4 And there came a traveler unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.
2 Sam 12:5 And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:
2 Sam 12:6 And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.
2 Sam 12:7 And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man. Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I anointed thee king over Israel, and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul;
2 Sam 12:8 And I gave thee thy master's house, and thy master's wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that had been too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things.
2 Sam 12:9 Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.
He is a God of justice so he must punish David for his inequities but spared his life for a sin not leading to death.
2 Pet 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
2 Pet 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
2 Pet 2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
Just imagine the work to be done when one sinned against God. He makes sure that Satan can not accused him of injustice. Satan accused us night and day presenting to God even the smallest sin we had committed. God acted accordingly and made the holy sacrifice.  He sent his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
1 Jn 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

One Billion Coffee

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) during the time of then President and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has allegedly spent P1 billion for coffee, President Benigno Aquino himself disclosed this on Monday.

Aquino made this revelation during his second State of the Nation Address at the House of Representatives in Batasan Hills, Quezon City.

In just one year in office, Aquino said his administration uncovered another irregularity involving the previous management of Pagcor.
Rom 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Some quarters accused President Aquino of vengeance against the previous administration but Christian doctrine teach us that leader like President Aquino is ordained as the minister of God to make revenge and execute wrath upon him/her that doeth evil.
Rom 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Rom 13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

Rom 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

Rom 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Rom 13:5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
According to presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda, PAGCOR's "coffee shop expenditures" reached P1,007,408,908.86.

The total consisted of P933,664.57 from August to December 2001, P22,204,609.23 in 2002 and P29,804,628.60 in 2003.

The coffee charges then jumped to P83,714,154.02 in 2004, P172,819,600.96 in 2005, and P167,379,603.74 in 2006.

It declined slightly to P119,670,645.01 in 2007 but rose to P164,561,181.88 in 2008, P162,917,571.58 in 2009, and P83,403,251.29 in January to June 2010.

What a lavish and extravagant spending.
Prov 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Sigh! Oh Lord God, free us from corrupt officials of our nation.
Ps 12:5 For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.

The Assembly

A meeting according to wikipedia definition is a gathering of two or more people that has been convened for the purpose of achieving a common goal through verbal interaction, such as sharing information or reaching agreement.
Mt 18:20 For where two or three are assembled in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
The purpose of Jesus Christ being in the midst of two or more people is to act as mediator between God and men. He should not be there, in the first place, doing nothing.
1 Tim 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
Meetings may occur face to face or virtually, as mediated by communications technology, such as a telephone conference call, a skyped conference call or a videoconference.

Between God and men, the meeting is face to face and personal. And God said "I will go also".
Zech 8:20 Thus saith the LORD of hosts: It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

Zech 8:21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.
Thus, a meeting may be distinguished from other gatherings, such as a chance encounter (not convened), a sports game or a concert (verbal interaction is incidental), a party or the company of friends (no common goal is to be achieved) and a demonstration (whose common goal is achieved mainly through the number of demonstrators present, not verbal interaction).

The meeting of God and Satan is a good example of a chance encounter.
Job 2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.

Job 2:2 And the LORD said to Satan, Whence comest thou? and Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down upon it.

Job 2:3 And the LORD said to Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and shunneth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
Meetings and gatherings are done for the purpose of seeking grace or favor and mercy from the Lord. The presence of God and Jesus Christ is a prerequisite in resolving the noble issues that may be bestowed upon us.
2 Chron 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

First Born - Second Edition

I was asked by my Pastor, who killed the first-born of Pharaoh, the first-born of maid-servant and all the first-born of beasts during the time of Moses. My answer without hesitation is, they are killed by God Himself. Just read on for the correct answer.
Ex 11:5 And all the first-born in the land of Egypt shall die, from the first-born of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even to the first-born of the maid-servant that is behind the mill; and all the first-born of beasts.
He caused the incident to happen in the hands of the murderers.
Jn 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do: he was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
He ignore the legion of evil angels who are very happy and willing to slaughter them.
Ps 78:49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.

Ps 78:51 And smote all the first-born in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

All is done for the purpose of saving Israel from slavery in the land of Egypt.
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
So, the next time my Pastor will ask me, who killed the first-born of Egypt? My answer without hesitation would be, the evil angels whose father the devil is a murderer and a liar.

Spaghetti Monster

The Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM) is the deity of the parody religion the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster or Pastafarianism. Created in 2005 by Oregon State physics graduate Bobby Henderson, it was originally intended as a satirical protest against the decision by the Kansas State Board of Education to permit the teaching of intelligent design as an alternative to evolution in public schools.

After Henderson published the letter on his website, it rapidly became an Internet phenomenon and a symbol for the case against teaching intelligent design in public schools as well as religion in general. Pastafarian beliefs—generally satires of creationism—are presented both on Henderson's website (where he is described as "prophet"), and in The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (written by Henderson and published by Villiard Press in 2006). The central belief is that an invisible and undetectable Flying Spaghetti Monster created the universe. The Gospel includes a creation myth, set of commandments, and guide to evangelizing, and discusses history and lifestyle from a Pastafarian perspective.
Eccles 7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
The prohibition for making graven images as gods is the second commandment next to having none other gods before Him.
Deut 5:7 Thou shalt have none other gods before me.

Deut 5:8 Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
Ex 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things, and introducing, created in 2005, the styrofoam made for thermal insulation and craft applications that resists moisture - the Flying Spaghetti Monster called Pasta Mama Mia.
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Allegedly, It was created by an intelligent man as a protest against the teachings of intelligent design as an alternative to the intelligent theory of evolution including religion taught in public schools.
1 Cor 3:18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

1 Cor 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them up to an evil mind, to do those things which are not right;
Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Jer 3:25 We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.
O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens.

Saturday

Deliver Us

We are facing a dangerous life not everyday but every hour.
1 Cor 15:30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?

1 Cor 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.

1 Cor 15:32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.

1 Cor 15:33 Be not deceived: Evil communications corrupt good manners.
We need to have protection from evil. Below verse should not be written if it is not so.
Ps 34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth around them that fear him, and delivereth them.
In fact, there are many verses in the Bible proving that the angels of the Lord really came and delivered them from fear and death.
Lk 2:9 And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were in great fear.

2 Cor 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us:
Apostle Paul also stated in his letter to the Corinthians.
2 Cor 11:23 Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths often.

2 Cor 11:24 From the Jews five times I received forty stripes save one.

2 Cor 11:25 Thrice was I beaten with rods, once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;

2 Cor 11:26 In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by my own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;

2 Cor 11:27 In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.

2 Cor 11:28 Besides those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
It is our consolation therefore that God the Father really cares for us He knowing everything about us.
Mt 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and not one of them shall fall on the ground without your Father.

Mt 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Mt 10:31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
Sparrows have no angels guarding them but all people of God have. Who is afraid then of temptation, sin or death if you know these assurances from God.
Lk 12:4 And I say to you, my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
Is this not taught by Jesus in the Lord's prayer?
Mt 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Lk 11:4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

Sunday

Pleasure

War, family dispute, grievance, controversy, quarrel, fighting are just the end result of the wars fought within our body.
Jas 4:1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even from your lusts that war in your members?
In the above instance, evidently, the flesh won against the spirit.
Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other; so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Remember that the Children of God don't wrestle against flesh and blood nor use force to enforce personal interest.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Killing will not save the body from eternal punishment, it is the doing of the flesh that we are to get rid of or kill.
Col 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; lewdness, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
1 Cor 5:11 But now I have written to you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother is a lewd person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner: with such person no not to eat.
The truth is, we must take wrong  and suffer ourselves to be defrauded by the so called brethren.

In a husband & wife relationship for example, each one has its own personal opinion unacceptable to the other. One has to give in for the issue to be resolved, otherwise something worst might happen. Giving in indeed is not a sign of being weak in the hope that he/she will realize later his/her wrong doings.
1 Cor 6:7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
The resulting controversy however, grieve the Holy Spirit of God that might leave us groping in the dark.
Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed to the day of redemption.
There is no better things done by man under the sun. Everything is done in satisfying the lusts of the flesh.
Eccles 8:15 Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labor the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun.
Saving for incoming birthday, blessing of the house, feast in honor of whomsoever & such other vainly provisions are for the lusts of the flesh.
Rom 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the lusts of flesh.
Even at this instance alone we will know who is the children of God & who is not. For they that loveth pleasure are the children of the devil.
1 Jn 3:9 Whoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1 Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

Thursday

Satan

The hardest news and quite disturbing is the agony of one who knowest he is guilty of doing the worst wicked thing. Satan is one freakin shit example of what I am saying because he is already judged.

Jn 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

For his revenge, the Devil came down from heaven as a roaring lion, walketh about on earth, seeking whom he may devour.

Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth, and of the sea! for the devil is come down to you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

He will become the father of all lies where many will follow and will turn away their ears from the truth, and will be turned to fables and inventions of men.

Jn 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do: he was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Satan is very much around, tempting and testing every angle of deception. Beware of this deception, you may be clean today and unclean tomorrow.

Lk 11:24 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest: and finding none, he saith, I will return to my house whence I came out.

Lk 11:25 And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

Lk 11:26 Then he goeth and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

The reason why I am asking to myself sometimes, why? What happen to this caring, loving and responsible man turning himself into a son of the devil? Why rape & kill an innocent girl? Isn't it that you are commanded to love your neighbors, even enemies? Is there an escape to this evil trap of lust?

Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Jas 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners, and purify your hearts, ye double-minded.

Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary to each other; so that ye cannot do the things that you would want.

Gal 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these, Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Gal 5:20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

Gal 5:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he heareth us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired from him.

1 Jn 5:18 We know that whoever is born of God, sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God, keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

1 Jn 5:19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

Thanks be to God. To God be the glory....
