Basically, those who store treasures on earth often shows pride in oneself and irrational disdain for others. They are the people where money is not a problem. Unfortunately, did God gave them favor more than the rest of us?The question is, Is receiving good things from God considered blessed in life?
Deuteronomy 29:5 And I have led you forty years in the wilderness. Your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandals have not worn out on your feet.
Armed with those travel arsenals, the Israelite still need endurance to overcome sufferings, so that after they have done the will of God, they may receive the promise:
Revelation 2:7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.”
The Israelite ate manna on their way to wilderness, but, did they already received that hidden manna and white stone bearing their name on it?
Romans 3:4 Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written: “ That You may be justified in Your words, And may overcome when You are judged.”
